Can the styling match my theme?
Yes. Styled bookings include a party mockup, so we can coordinate the balloon garland and personalization with your theme before your event date.
Can it be used indoors or outdoors?
Yes. Soft Play may be used indoors or outdoors when the surface is clean, dry, level, and safe and all space requirements are met.
What happens if there's bad weather?
Outdoor bookings are covered by our Weather Guarantee. If rain or storms put your event at risk, we'll first offer to reschedule your date or move your setup indoors. If neither works for you, you'll receive a full refund.
Is delivery included in the listed price?
No. Delivery is calculated separately based on your event location. We'll confirm the delivery fee with your availability and booking details.
