Are balloons included inside the dome?
Yes. Every tier includes 150 premium balloons inside the dome, coordinated to your party colors.
What's the difference between Essential, Styled, and Party?
Styled adds a luxury balloon garland, custom decals, your child's name on the inflatable, and a party mockup so you know exactly how it will look. Party adds kids' tables and chairs, a coordinated tablescape with centerpieces and table decor, and activity materials, at the same up to 12-hour rental window.
Can the styling match my theme?
Yes. Styled and Party bookings include a party mockup, so we can coordinate garland, decals, and styling to your theme before your event date.
Can it be used indoors or outdoors?
Yes. The Bubble House may be used indoors or outdoors when space, surface, and safety requirements are met.
What happens if there's bad weather?
Outdoor bookings are covered by our Weather Guarantee. If rain or storms put your event at risk, we'll first offer to reschedule your date or move your setup indoors. If neither works for you, you'll receive a full refund.
How do I reserve my date?
Submit your request, and we'll confirm availability, delivery, and next steps. Your date is reserved once your $150 retainer is received.
