We believe booking your child’s celebration should feel clear, polished, and stress-free. Browse our most common questions below.
Do you set up the rentals?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and return for breakdown and pickup. We want your celebration to feel easy from start to finish.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holiday weekends, and spring or summer celebrations. Popular dates can go quickly.
Where do you deliver?
We serve families throughout parts of New Jersey. Delivery pricing depends on your event location, and your estimate will reflect that based on ZIP code or address.
Do I need to clean the items before pickup?
No deep cleaning is required. We simply ask that personal items, trash, food, and sharp objects be removed from the setup before pickup.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents can happen. Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges, which are outlined in your rental agreement.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times during use. Children should never be left unattended while using any rental equipment.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
Weather-related decisions depend on the rental type and setup conditions. If severe weather affects an outdoor event, we’ll work with you based on our policy and what is safely possible.
How is my date officially reserved?
Your date is officially secured once your agreement is completed and your deposit is received. Availability requests alone do not hold a date.
Can I book more than one rental?
Yes. You can request multiple rentals for the same celebration, depending on availability, space, and setup requirements.
Can I add extras to my booking?
Yes. Depending on the rental, available add-ons may include items such as balloon garlands, attendants, or personalized signage. Options can be selected during the booking process.
