Is the ball pit included?
Yes. Both Essential and Styled include the attached ball pit. Essential includes standard white balls, while Styled includes ball colors coordinated to your celebration.
What's the difference between Essential and Styled?
Styled includes everything in Essential, plus a luxury balloon garland, coordinated ball pit colors, your child's name on the inflatable, full styled installation, and a party mockup before your event.
Can the styling match my theme?
Yes. Styled bookings include a party mockup, so we can coordinate the balloon garland, ball pit colors, and personalization with your theme before your event date.
Can it be used indoors or outdoors?
Yes. The Bounce House may be used indoors or outdoors when space, ceiling height, surface, power, and safety requirements are met.
What happens if there's bad weather?
Outdoor bookings are covered by our Weather Guarantee. If rain or storms put your event at risk, we'll first offer to reschedule your date or move your setup indoors. If neither works for you, you'll receive a full refund.
Is delivery included in the listed price?
No. Delivery is calculated separately based on your event location. We'll confirm the delivery fee with your availability and booking details.
