Rental Terms & Waiver

Please carefully review the following rental terms, setup requirements, cancellation policies, and safety guidelines prior to submitting payment for your reservation.

Booking & Payment Policy

Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully submitted.

Events booked within 7 days of the scheduled event date require full payment upfront at the time of booking.

Final balances are due no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Submitted retainers and payments are non-refundable, except as provided under the Weather Guarantee below.

In certain circumstances, Little Luxe Parties may allow a one-time event reschedule based on availability and advance notice.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations related to venue changes, scheduling conflicts, reduced guest attendance, or unused rental time after setup has been completed. Weather-related cancellations are governed exclusively by the Weather Guarantee below, not by this section.

Weather Guarantee

For the safety of guests and equipment, inflatables may not be operated during unsafe weather conditions including:

  • Heavy rain
  • Thunderstorms
  • Strong winds
  • Severe weather conditions

This Weather Guarantee applies exclusively to outdoor bookings. Indoor bookings are not covered, as indoor setups are not subject to weather-related cancellation.

If Little Luxe Parties determines that rain or storms forecasted or occurring at the time of scheduled delivery or pickup make outdoor setup, use, or breakdown unsafe, resolution will proceed in the following order:

  1. Reschedule. We will first offer to reschedule your booking to another available date at no additional cost.
  2. Indoor Relocation. If rescheduling is not possible or desired, and you have access to a suitable indoor space, we will offer to relocate the setup indoors for the original date and time, where feasible.
  3. Full Refund. If neither rescheduling nor indoor relocation is possible or accepted by you, we will issue a full refund of all amounts paid for the booking.

Determination of whether weather conditions qualify under this guarantee is made solely by Little Luxe Parties, based on local forecast and observed conditions on the day of the event. Requests to cancel for reasons of personal preference, mild or passing weather, or conditions not independently confirmed by Little Luxe Parties do not qualify under this guarantee.

Setup Requirements

  • A clean, accessible, and adequately sized setup area must be available upon arrival.
  • An electrical outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup location.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the setup area is free of pet waste, sharp objects, mud, standing water, or debris.
  • Inflatables require continuous electrical power during operation and should not share overloaded circuits.

Bubble House & Balloon Styling

  • Bubble House setups should be positioned in shaded areas whenever possible.
  • Direct sunlight and excessive heat may cause decorative balloons to pop more frequently during use.
  • Decorative balloons naturally lose air over time and occasional popping is expected.
  • Performance may be affected during periods of extreme heat, direct sunlight exposure, or adverse weather conditions.

Inflatable Safety Rules

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during operation and use.
  • Shoes, food, drinks, gum, slime, confetti, glitter, face paint, and sharp objects are prohibited inside inflatables.
  • Unsafe play including flips, climbing walls, roughhousing, or hanging on netting is not permitted.
  • Children should be grouped by similar age and size whenever possible.

Damage & Cleaning

Clients are responsible for excessive cleaning, misuse, damage, or missing equipment occurring during the rental period.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt, mud, staining, food, or debris
  • Damage caused by prohibited items or misuse
  • Equipment negligence
  • Missing accessories, decor items, or rental components

Delivery & Timing

Every booking includes an up to 12-hour rental window. Setup is typically completed 1–2 hours prior to the scheduled event start time unless otherwise communicated.

Pickup times are based on the agreed rental period.

Little Luxe Parties is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible setup areas, traffic, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Weather-related delays affecting outdoor bookings are governed by the Weather Guarantee above.

Liability Waiver

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts that inflatable rentals and event equipment involve inherent risks.

The client voluntarily assumes all responsibility for the use of rental equipment during the rental period.

Little Luxe Parties shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or incidents arising from misuse, unsafe conditions, lack of supervision, weather exposure, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rental terms, safety policies, cancellation policies, Weather Guarantee, and waiver conditions.
