Is delivery included?

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within our standard service area. Travel fees may apply outside this range.

How much space is needed?

Most setups require approximately 10x10 to 12x12 feet. We’ll confirm exact spacing based on your location and layout.

Can I customize the colors?

Yes. We offer neutral palettes as standard, with custom color options available to match your celebration.

Is the Parent Lounge included?

The Parent Lounge is available as an add-on and can be included with your setup when selected.

How do I secure my date?

Once your request is submitted, we’ll confirm availability and send your invoice. A deposit secures your date.
